Elkader, Iowa—Mrs. Effie (Boots) Kramer, 69, lifelong area resident, died Saturday at her family home here. Friends may call at the Witt Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at
Congregational Church in Elkader, with burial in the East Side cemetery.

Survivors are one son, Arthur Kramer, Lewiston, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Cecil Moyna, Elkader;
three brothers, Ira Boots, Waterloo, Iowa; Clarence Boots, Dubuque; and Ray Boots, Elkader;
three sisters, Mrs. George Edwards, Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. David Hoover, Waukon, Iowa; and
Mrs. Jens Jensen, Aurora, Colo.
