Bradley Lee "Bubba" Bushkofsky

Memorial services were held at 2:30 p.m. August 19, 2012 at Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, Iowa with visitation being held at 1 p.m. until service time August 19 at Leonard Funeral, Elkader, Iowa. Interment will held at a later date.

Bradley Lee “Bubba” Bushkofsky, 54, of Elkader, died Friday, August 17, 2012, at Central Community Hospital in Elkader. He was born July 28, 1958, in McGregor, to Robert and Dorothy (Baade) Bushkofsky. Brad graduated from Central Community High School with the Class of 1976.

Brad was united in marriage to Rachel Ellison Ashline in June, 1988. For a time, he built Skyline Harvestors, was Assistant Grounds Keeper at Elkader Golf and Country Club; and most recently, was employed at CGB as a grain handler,(Pattison Brothers MRT). He loved golfing, hunting and mushroom hunting.

Survivors include his wife Rachel Bushkofsky and his mother Dorothy Bushkofsky, both of Elkader; step-children, Tracey (Larry) Baldwin of Elkport and David (Stephanie) Ingles of Colesburg; 5 grandchildren, Zachery Ingles, Madelein Baldwin, Austin Smith, Cooper Ingles, Carson Ingles; brothers, James (Vickie) Bushkofsky of Sheffield, Bruce (LaVonne) Bushkofsky of St. Cloud, MN, Lyle (Karmen) Bushkofsky of Westgate and Roger (Michelle) Bushkofsky of Elkader; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Brad was preceded in death by his father, Robert Bushkofsky and grandparents.
