Frances Irene Beckett, 88, died Sunday, August 31, 1997, at Good Samaritan Ceneter, Postville, after a lingering illness. Services 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Schultz Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Survivors include a son, Gene Nevermann of Monona; a sister, Elva Ferguson of McGregor; and a brother, Earl Miller of Prscott, Ariz.
