Cresntia Braendlin Knoebel
Cresentia Braudlin, born Feb 5, 1824, in Osten, Grand Duchy of Baden, Germany. Died McGregor, April 16, 1906
Deceased was united in marriage to John E. Knoebel. They came to America in 1949 and settled in Sandusky Ohio. In 1882 they came to McGregor and have resided here since that time. Her husband died in 1889.
Five daughters and two sons mourn the loss of a loved and loving mother. The funeral was held this morning at was attended by the following descendants: Her daughters, Mrs. John Schott, Mrs. Mary Enders of this city; Mrs. Froebel of Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Mauer of Milwaukee; her sons Otto of Milwaukee, and Ed of Monona; grandchildren Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Enders of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Ghiselin of Dubuque; Roy Schott from U.I.U., Fayette; Mrs. Fred Mershon of this city. Mr. Froebel was also here from Cedar Rapids.
We express our heartfelt sympathy to all who mourn the loss of a dear friend.
