Elkader Marine R. R. Stroschein Dies In Vietnam.

Special to the Gazette. Elkader- Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Stroschein were notified Sunday of the death in Vietnam of their son, Ronald Robert Stroschein, 20.

He had served in the marine corps since August 1966 and had been in Vietnam since April. He was a 1966 graduate of Central Community high school.

Survivors, in addition to the parents, are three brothers, Joseph and Fred, of Elkader and Lester of Cedar Rapids, and one sister, Ruthie, Dyersville.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
