Postville Review, Sat 21 Mar. 1896.

Two yard men in the North McGregor yard met with fatal accidents within three days of each other, the last taking the place left vacant by the first. The first, Geo. Read, was cut in two by the wheels, and the latter had a leg and arm taken off. Switchmen have as dangerous a calling as soldiers on duty.
