North Buena Vista.

The Angel of Death visited the home of Anthony Moser on Saturday morning at about 12:30 o’clock and claimed his beloved and aged wife, Mrs. Elisabeth Moser, and had her bade farewell to this world and went to live in Heaven, where all is love and where there is no more sickness or sadness, nor parting from friends any more. She has gone and left this world of woe at the age of 88 years, 1 month and 7 days, and leaves many sad relatives and friends to mourn her departure from earth to heaven. She leaves her aged husband, 1 daughter and 2 sons. Deceased was born near St. Louis, Missouri on Dec. 28, 1827, and later came to Clayton County, Iowa, where she lived until her death. On Aug. 5, 1909, she was married to Mr. Anthony Moser of North Buena Vista. During her life she had been married four times. The funeral was held here Monday afternoon. Rev. W. T. Smith of Guttenberg conducted funeral services. The pallbearers were James Beavers, Christ Osthoff, Chsriey Saylor, Tony Wacbendorf and Joe and Geo Kamm. She was a kind and true woman and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
