Anna E. McMillin, 78, of 532 Main Street, McGregor, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital.

Anna was born May 5, 1907 to Elmer and Flora McGhee Marsh. She married Francis McMillin on June 28, 1930, at St. Mary's Church in McGregor. As a young girl she worked for Marge Goergen. Later she worked in the Button Factory and at Eddings' Archery.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 9, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church with Rev. Wayne Wasta and Rev. Oliver Larkin officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Thornburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Francis; one son, Ronald, of Arlington, TX; five grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Milo (Ethel) Moody and Mrs. Jessie Hodson,both of McGregor; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Frank McMillin, Russell Davis, Gerald Steinberg, Michael Burch, Dean Gray and Charles Strutt.

Memorials may be given for cancer research.
