Mrs. Susan Goodin passed away at her home west of town (Volga). She was buried in Hill Crest cemetery. Rev. Davis pastor of the M. E. Church had charge. It was very sad as she left seven children orphans, as their father was killed about two years ago. Neighbors and friends are trying to find good homes for them.
