Memorial services for Millard T. Mork, 81, of Pahrump, Nevada, formerly of Postville, Iowa who died August 25, 1985 in a Tonopah, Nevada hospital, were conducted Thursday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pahrump Senior Center. He was cremated under the direction of the Tonopah Mortuary.

Millard was born November 22, 1903 in Clayton County, Iowa to Thomas and Molly (Ruroden) Mork. He was raised and educated in Iowa. He married Rose McNally in December of 1934 in Iowa. They moved to the Southwest United States in 1938. He was a carpenter involved with the construction trade. He retired in 1962 and recently they moved to Pahrump,NV. He was a member of the Carpenters Union.

He is survived by his wife of Pahrump; four brothers, Enock of Postville, Iowa; Robert of McGregor, Iowa; Otto and Millien, both of Elgin. Many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and a brother.

Memorial services will be held September 14 at 1:30 p.m. at the Marion Lutheran Church, Gunder, Iowa.

Note: The newspaper clipping did not indicate if the place of his inturnment was in Nevada or in Iowa. Since a local funeral home is not mentioned, probably he is buried in Nevada.
