Mrs. Lembke had been a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Luana, and the Women of the Church.

Surviving are her husband, John; one daughter, Mrs. Merrill Baade of Luana; one son, Oscar Lembke of Decorah; one sister, Mrs. Robert (Anna) Borchardt of Madison, South Dakota; seven grandchildren, including Lester Baade who is serving in the Navy in Turkey; and five great grandchildren.
