PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. --- Anna M. Fox, 37, of 1150 S. 15th Street, Prairie du Chien, died Thursday evening at Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Garrity Funeral Home Chapel, Prairie du Chien, where friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Sunday. There will be a wake-scripture service at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, also in Prairie du Chien.
Surviving are her husband, Edward of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sons, Thomas and Edward, Jr., both of Phoenix; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Doubek of Farmersburg, Iowa; three brothers, Clarence Doubek, Jr. of Endeavor, Wis., and Joseph Doubek and Robert Doubek, both of Farmersburg, and 10 sisters, Mrs. Arnold (Catherine) Rowley, Mrs. Wayne (Norma) Fox and Rebecca Voss, all of Phoenix, Mrs. Charles (Betty) Schott of West Union, Iowa, Mrs. Leslie (Clarice) Upton of Clermont, Iowa, Mrs. Kevin (Janice) Brainard of Monona, Iowa, Mrs. Dale (Esther) Stika of Elgin, Iowa, Teresa Upton of Waterloo, Iowa, Mrs. Steven (Sharon) Bohr of Cresco, Iowa, and Mrs. Leo (Shirley) Durnan of Elgin, Iowa.
