Mrs. Kutzbach Rites Held Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Theresa Kutzbach of Elma were held Monday, September 11 at 2 p.m. at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Thomas Manteufel officiated and burial was in the Howard Cemetery here.
She was born January 26, 1893, in Germany, and came to Howard County as a child.
She married Louis Eiffler who preceeded her in death in 1918. She then married Ernest Kutzbach.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Vincent Floy of Thornton, a son Lloyd Eiffler of Milwaukee, Wis.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Prietauer of Parkers Prairie, Minn.; two stepsons, Wallace Kutzbach of Elma, and Lester Kutzbach of New Hampton; two step-daughters, Mrs. Ed Streich of Elma, and Mrs. Earl Ritchmon of New Hampton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest, who died in 1965; a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Tierney; a son, Harold Eiffler; and several brothers and sisters.
