Last Rites For Lucille McNally

Funeral services for Lucille G. McNally, 65, were held Wednesday, May 28, 1980 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Postville. The Reverend David R. Nelson officiated. Burial was in the Postville Cemetery. Schutte Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.

Lucille Gladys McNally, daughter of John and Clara (Henkes) Krambeer, was born October 30, 1914 in Clayton County, Iowa. She died May 25, 1980 at her home in Postville.

She was baptized and confirmed in St. John Lutheran Church at Luana, and received her education in the rural school near Luana.

June 20, 1940 she was married to Louis McNally. They farmed south of Postville until 1964 when they moved into town. Lucille had been employed by Community Memorial hospital since 1965.

Preceding her in death are her parents, five brothers, Verdell, Kenneth, Lester, Burnell and Gerald; two sisters, Lorene (Mrs. Freddie Nevermann) and Edna (Mrs. Herb Ihde).

She is survived by her husband, a son, Terry and a daughter, Twila, (Mrs. Wayne Schroeder), both of Postville; three grandchildren; two brothers, Myron Krambeer of New Albin, and Harold Krambeer of Farmersburg; and a sister, Mrs. Robert (Irma) Meyer of Postville.
