FORMER MONONA LADY DIES IN CALIFORNIA
Word has been received that Mrs. S. Williams of Los Angeles passed away on Sunday, Oct. 16th, at the General Hospital. She will be remembered by her Monona friends as Emma Egbert, daughter of Daniel Egbert.

[Emma Egbert was born Abt. 1858 in Indiana to Daniel and Catherine (Barnes) Egbert. She married Samuel I Williams Abt. 1885. Clipping source: Monona, Clayton Co., Iowa, Historical Museum]
