Moran - Donlon marriage - 1953

MORAN, DONLON, BAUER, REIMER, MILBRANT, FISKO

Married, Saturday, in St. Joseph's church in Elkader were Miss Arlene Donlon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Art Donlon of Elkader, and Orrin J. Moran of Rushford, Minn. The Rev. C. J. Hawes officiated. Bridesmaid was the bride's sister, Jane, and best man was Jerome Iverson, friend of the groom. Ushers were Kenneth Moran, brother of the groom, and Pat Donlan, cousin of the bride. The bride's grandmother, Mrs. Eva Bauer was present for the ceremony.

At the reception in St. Joseph's hall, Mrs. Mary Reimer and Mrs. Pat Milbrant, sisters of the bride, cut the cake and poured. Mrs. Thor Fisko, the bride's aunt, was in charge of the guest book.

The newlyweds will make their home in Whalen, Minn., where the groom is engaged in farming.
