Szemkus - Berns marriage - 1940

Miss Marietta Berns, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Berns of Cedar Rapids, became the bride of Ralph Szemkus, son of Otto Szemkus of Elkport, Saturday, with Msgr. J. P. Taken officiating. The attendants were Miss Marguerite Berns, sister of the bride, and Walter Szemkus, brother of the bride.
