Volga City - Miss Dorothy Elizabeth, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Myers, became the bride of Kenneth Raymond, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. O. K. Benson of Blooming Prairie, Minn., Thursday, Sept. 01st, at the home of the bride's parents. The Rev. Ernest Starr, of Arlington, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church, officiated. Miss Charlabelle Robinson, a close friend of the bride, and Orville, brother of the groom, were the attendants. Mrs. Peter Myers, an aunt of the bride, played the wedding march. The groom's sisters, Misses Thelma and Signe Benson, sang, "I Love You Truly" and "At Dawning."
Mrs. Benson is a graduate of the Volga high school, class of 1934. Mr. Benson graduated the Blooming Prairie high school with the class of 1926. The new home will be made at Blooming Prairie, where Mr. Benson is engaged in farming.
