Zwanziger - Andreae marriage - 1938

Strawberry Point: Miss Ruth Andreae, daughter of Sebald Andreae, and Raymond Zwanziger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Zwanziger, were united in marriage Friday at the St. Sebald Lutheran church, the Rev. Paul Eilers officiating. Attending the bride were the bridegroom's sister, Miss Hilda Zwanziger, and Miss Eleanor Yelden of Earlville, and the maid of honor was Miss Esther Zwanziger. Herbert Andreae served as best man, and ushers were Walter Zwanziger and Carl Schmidt.

After graduating from Wartburg college at Waverly, Mrs. Zwanziger was secretary in the Lutheran Home at Muscatine. The bridegroom graduated from the local public school in 1929. They will make their home on the farm of the bride's father, northwest of Strawberry Point.
