Allfree - Sauerbry marriage - 1923

This morning (Tuesday) at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Sauerbry occurred the marriage of their daughter Miss Ruby and Mr. Lloyd Allfree of Des Moines, Rev. Kirbry officiating. The bride has lived here all her life. After local schooling she attended college at Cedar Rapids and fitted herself so as to be assistant cashier in the First National Bank, later resigning that she went to Des Moines where she accepted a position in the Central Life Insurance Co. The groom is employed in one of the banks at Des Moines. They immediately left for Des Moines where they will reside.
