Miss A. Marjorie Towle, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Towle, of Littleport, was married yesterday at high noon, to Charles E. Cawley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Abbie Cawley, of Manchester, at a formal wedding at which Rev. F. A. Damm of Elkport and Littleport officiated. The bride was attended by four bridesmaids, A. Lucille Towle of Littleport, Winifred Robbie of Easton, Ill., Grace Hines of Hammond, Ind., and Pauline Peick, of Edgewood. The maid of honor was Ruth E. Towle, of Madison, Wis. W. Irving Towle of Littleport and Gale Peick of Edgewood were ushers. The groom was attended by E. W. Hoag, of Manchester. The newlyweds departed for Chicago, going from there to Detroit on board ship and from Detroit to Buffalo, N.Y. via airplane. They will complete their honeymoon in the Canadian woods, after which they will return to Manchester, where, after Nov. 1st, they will be at home at 401 East Main street.
