The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Smith, of south of town, and after graduating from Strawberry Point School took up teaching and was one of the successful rural teachers. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Cree, formerly of this place but for the past few years of Amery, Wis. The newlyweds immediately autoed to Amery, Wis., where they will make their home on the groom's father's farm.
