Croskey - Mitch marriage - 1907

The following is a clipping taken from a Delaware county paper pertaining to Mr. Croskey, the popular young blacksmith employed by Mr. Buechel, and who arrived with his bride last Thursday evening.

"This Wednesday morning at St. Mary's Catholic church was solemnized the marriage of Mr. Clyde Croskey and Miss Bertha Mitch, Rev. Father Collins officiating. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mrs. J. Mitch. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Croskey. Mr. and Mrs. Croskey will reside at Littleport, Ia. where the groom is engaged in the blacksmith business."
