Bergmann - Thiese marriage - 1907

The marriage of Edward Bergmann and Miss Kate Thiese was solemnized at St. John's Lutheran church, Tuesday morning, by Rev. J. Janzig. The couple were attended by, Miss Mary Bergmann, sister of the groom, and William Greimann, both of Rockwell, and Otto Thiese, brother of the bride, and Miss Lydia Janzig, both of Guttenberg. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. W. Bergmann, formerly of Clayton Ridge, but of recent years of Rockwell. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Thiese, prominent and well-to-do Buck Creek farmers. Mr. and Mrs. Bergmann will remain here this summer and will reside on the farm of Fred Thiese, a few miles north of Guttenberg.
