Lemm for $10,000, aggregating the snug sum of $32, 000 for damages, in selling intoxicating drink to her husband, “from the effects” of which said husband became intoxicated and failed and neglected to attend to his business, whereby large sums of money and property were lost, and the physical and mental condition of said husband badly injured, and his ability to support his family greatly impaired; that in consequence the petitioner and her family have wanted for the common comforts and necessities of life, and have suffered great mental and physical pain and anguish and have been put to shame and disgrace.” Messrs. Rickels and Clements are her attorneys.
