Miss Faith Hook, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hook of Manchester, became the bride of Virgil Sandhagen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Sandhagen of Strawberry Point, in a double ring ceremony Sunday night at 8 o'clock. The Rev. J. F. Hutchinson read the service in the Methodist church.
Attending the couple were Lora Sandhagen of Strawberry Point, sister of the bridegroom, as maid of honor, and Kenneth Hook of Waterloo, brother of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mary Ann Sly and Mrs. Lyle Orcutt of Manchester, friends of the bride. Linda Kay Brady of Greeley and Sharon Fayram of Strawberry Point, nieces of the bride and bridegroom, served as flower girls. Dianne Bacon of Winthrop, niece of the bridegroom served as ring bearer. Ushers were Lawrence Brady of Greeley, brother-in-law of the bride, and Jim Sandhagen, Manchester, brother of the bridegroom.
A reception was held immediately after the ceremony for 150 relatives and friends.
After a short wedding trip the couple will be at home at North Franklin Street, Manchester.
