At four o'clock Monday afternoon at the Zion Lutheran church, Clayton Center, the Rev. J. H. Zerhusen performed the double ring ceremony which united in marriage Miss Dorothy Ann Baade and Robert Bushkofsky. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Baade of Elkader, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Bushkofsky of Guttenberg. The bride's dress was designed and made by her aunt, Mrs. Marvin Henning of Farmersburg, and Cletus Baade sang "Always" and "Blest Be The Tie That Binds" during the ceremony.
In the bridal party were Miss Bonnie Lemka as maid of honor and the Misses Ila Mae Henning and Norma Jean Kamin were bridesmaids. The bridegroom's brother, Loran, was best man. Cletus Baade and Donald Henning, brother and cousin of the bridegroom (bride ?), were ushers.
Following the ceremony a reception wss held at the home of the bride's parents for about 120 guests. A shower was held that evening at the Prom at Garnavillo.
