Andresen - Phalen Marriage 1903

ANDRESEN, PHALEN, GIFFORD, OELKE

Monday morning at St. Mary's church at Dubuque, Mr. W. Andresen and Miss Bertha Phalen were united in marriage. Mr. Andresen is a brother of our station agent and the happy couple arrived here on the noon train. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Andresen served a dinner in their honor. The dining room and table were decorated in pansies and the parlors with palms and ferns. Among the guests of honor were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Gifford, of Littleport, and Mr. and Mrs. Oelke, of Farmersburg.
