KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, John F. Tuecke, of the County of Clayton and State of Iowa, being of full age and sound mind, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, that is to say; First, I direct that all my lawfull debts, the expenses of my last sickness and burial, and of the administration of my estate, be first paid, and subject thereto--
Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Wilhelmina Tuecke for and during her natural life, all the property owned by me at the time of my death of whatsoever character or description the same may be, whether real or personal or whatsoever kind or character and wheresoever situated, giving her a life estate therein.
And lastly, after her death, I give, bequeath and devise the same property to my children, share and share alike, to be their sole and absolute property.
And I hereby nominate my wife, Wilhelmina Tuecke to be the executor of this my last will and testament; and I request that my said executor shall not be required to furnish bond or security for the faithful performance of her duty.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name, at Guttenberg, Iowa this 20th day of November, A. D., 1905
