THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, E. H. Webber do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with Seth H. Bishop, of Edgewood, Clayton County, Iowa, and that he is at least 21 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Emma Hooker of Manchester Iowa; that she is at least 18 years of age...

License Issued for the Marriage of Seth H. Bishop and Emma Hooker on the testimony of E. H. Webber.

CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 14th day of September A.D. 1889, at Manchester in said county of Delaware, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage Seth H. Bishop and Emma Hooker.
