I, C. S. Maxoon do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with Sears T. Richards, of Egdewood, Clayton County, Iowa, and that he is at least 21 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Jennie Shipton of Delaware County that she is at least 18 years of age...
