THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, W. L. Pelley do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with Jasper L. Harrington, of Strawberry Point, Clayton County, Iowa, and that he is at least 21 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Mattie M. Pelley of Strawberry Point, Clayton County that she is at least 18 years of age...

License Issued for the Marriage of Jasper L. Harrington and Mattie M. Pelley on the testimony of W. L. Pelley.

CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 12th day of September A.D. 1889, at Manchester in said county of Delaware, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Rev. B. M. Amsden
