THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, G. H. Elliot do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with Ulyssis G. Elliot, of Edgewood Clayton County, Iowa, and that he is at least 26 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Marilla M. Steele of Edgewood, Clayton County that she is at least 25 years of age...

License Issued for the Marriage of Ulyssiss G. Elliot and Marilla M. Steele on the testimony of G. H. Elliot

LICENSE IS HEREBY GRANTED to any person authorized to solomnize Marriages to the laws of said State, to join in Marriage Ulyssis G. Elliot and Marilla M. Steele.

I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, at my office in Manchester, in said County, this 23rd day of February A.D. 1892.
