THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, C. W. Winsor do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with Rolden J. Tilton, and that I am acquainted with Carrie M. Winsor.

Subscribed an sworn to before me, this 20th day of February A. D. 1892. F. H. Paul, Clerk of the Court.

License Issued for the Marriage of Rolden J. Tilton and Carrie M. Winsor on the testimony of C. W. Winsor.

CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 22nd day of February A.D. 1892, at Edgewood in said county, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage Rolden J. Tilton and Carrie M. Winsor.

Given under my hand, the 24th day of February A. D. 1892 ... John Gammons, Minster of the Gospel.

Returned and filed on the 1st day of Mar. A. D. 1892. F. H. Paul, Clerk.
