THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, Thomas Steele do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with John H. Moyle, of Strawberry Point, Clayton County, Iowa, and that he is at least 28 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Lulu Nichols of Strawberry Point, Clayton County that she is at least 23 years of age... Subscribed an sworn to before me, this 17nd day of February A. D. 1888. F. H. Paul, Deputy Clerk of the Court.

License Issued for the Marriage of John H. Moyle and Lulu Nichols on the testimony of Thomas Steele this 17th day of February 1888 A.D.

CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 17th day of February A.D. 1888, at Manchester in said county of Delaware, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage John H. Moyle and Lulu Nichols.

Given under my hand, the 17th day of February A. D. 1888 ... C. Sanborn, J. P.

Returned and filed on the 1st day of Mar. A. D. 1888.
