Oh Paul is a twin, he has a sister Peggy and they were born in November 1939 in California. The family was in Los Angeles in 1940. Peggy is listed as Peggy Power in Herbert McCann's obit in 1967.

According to the 1940 census Ruth was living in Seattle Washington in 1935 and Herbert was in Missouri. Wonder how they met? In 1930 Herbert was in MO, just married and a railroad person.
