The Mormon church has filmed three church's records from Appanoose county from that time. If you're lucky you might find her in one of them, but you'd either have to know what church she attended or order all three and look through them. If she didn't attend one of those three churches that avenue won't work. Those films have to be ordered from Salt Lake City and shipped to a local Family History Center.

None of them are searchable. You have to scroll through the films one page at a time. Since the churches were small and you know about what time she died that wouldn't be too difficult.
