Thank you for your input and kind thoughts. The 1902 news article I found on Thomas sounded like he was very violent and threatening his family. It was so sad to read. I can't imagine what it must have been like to be in one of those places in that time period. His wife had married again by 1903, so she either divorced him or he had passed away. I can't give up the search until I know his fate. Thanks again!!
