First Generation
1. John MCCONNELL was born in 1763 in Virginia. He died on 6 Jan 1847 in Muncie, Delaware, Indiana. He was buried in Beech Grove Cem. Muncie, Indiana.
John served in the Revolutionary War as a wagoneer, and was shot in the thigh. He was also left-handed.
John married Barbara BOWMAN . Barbara was born in 1775 in Virginia. She died on 12 Dec 1838 in Muncie, Delaware, Indiana. She was buried in Beech Grove Cem. Muncie, Indiana. Of German Descent.John and Barbara had the following children:
