I am looking for ancestors of my grandfather, Charles Elmer Jones b.11-25-1869 in Appanoose Co.
I believe his parents names to be John Jones and Sophia McCray. I believe he migrated with several other families to Ok. in 1893. Those other names may possibly have been Davis, Kerby, Cleveland. He married Pearl Davis in 1893 in Ok. I have traced both families from that date on fairly successfully, and have information on the Davis family in Iowa before 1893; but would welcome any information on both Jones & Davis names
