Carolyn.....I looked at two sources for the Inwood cemetery and they both have what I believe is a misdated entry for Jacob and Henrietta's son Elmer Jacob Wenig who was born in January 1897, not 1879 as listed. He died in late 1905 or early 1906 and, unfortunately, that period of Lyon County death records isn't on microfilm in the IA Hist. Society. Not one of Jacob's [Sr] census listings for 1870, 1880, 1885 or 1900 is there any note of another child named Jacob. The 1900, 1910 and 1930 listings all indicate that he was only married once.........Steve
