My great-grandfather,John Saxon,came to Nobles County,Minnesota in 1872 at the age of 9. I have no information of the time he spent in Iowa other than that he was born in Allamakee County in 1863. Is it his family that is from Stora Aby Parish in Sweden? Do you know what their last name was in Sweden? Did they change it when they came to America?
