Here is the legal notice for the will. If it exists, it should be at the Allamakee Historical Society. Check the Allamakee web site for contact info.

PROOF OF WILL
To all whom it may concern:
Notice is hereby given that an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of THOMAS FARLEY, deceased of Allamakee county, Iowa has been opened and read: and that Tuesday, September 5, A.D. 1893, had been set for hearing the proof of said will.
Witness my hand and the seal of the district court, at Waukon, Iowa, this first day of August A.D. 1893.
