*Postville Good Samaritan Home
The "Resident of the Month" column featured residents at the Postville Good Samaritan home. The articles ran in the Postville Herald starting in November 1972. Prior to entering the home, most of the residents had lived around the Postville vicinity in Allamakee county, or in bordering counties of Clayton & Fayette. Most of the biographies include a photo of the subject. All of the obituaries from this home have now been posted for years 1972 - 1975, and 1980.
