It looks like Anthony B. Cappher/Capphers did not die in 1869.
From the following censuses, it appears that Anthony B. Cappher and Rachel Meeker had another child – Charles Cappher born in 1860. After Rachel’s death, it appears that he married Caroline ?. They were in Wright County in 1880 and as late as 1895, perhaps longer. The date of death you have for Anthony B. Cappher as November 1869 does not appear to be correct. It is more likely that he died after 1895. Could your source for 1869 actually be 1896? The Anthony who married Rachel and the Anthony who married Caroline appear to be the same person (dates, places of birth and son Charles match).
