Renwick

Ethel Proud McCurry. wife of Albert A. McCurry, was born Jan. 3, 1873, at Buchanan, Michigan, and died Thursday. Sept. 29, 1932, at Des Moines following an operation. She was 59 years, 8 months and 26 days old.

She was married Feb. 11, 1894, and lived on a farm in Liberty township until 1923, when they removed to Renwick. To this union seven children were born, Mrs. Velva Jones of Chicago, Mrs. Cora Eggerth and Mrs. Grace Lee of Blooming Prairie, Minn., Mrs. Beverly White of Renwick, Ellis and George, of Renwick and Scott of Portsmouth, Va., all of whom with her husband survives. All attended the funeral save Scott.

The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home and also at the Methodist church. Rev. R. E. Cook of Oreen Mountain officiating. Burial was made in the Goldfield cemetery.
