Death of Mrs. Sarah Heslop

Sarah Ann Clayton was born in Ohio Sept. 6, 1851, died at Kankakee, Ill., Feb. 20, 1912, aged 60 years, 5 months and 14 days. The remains were shipped to Woolstock last Saturday and the funeral was from the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. A. Sadler, on Sunday, Feb. 25th, by Rev. Bump of Jewell, and the remains were laid at rest in the township cemetery beside those of her husband. Mrs. Heslop was the mother of nine
children, seven of whom are living and mourn a mother's death. The children are Mrs. A. A. Sadler of Woolstock, Arthur Heslop of Chicago; Walter, of Eagle Grove; Fred, of Seattle; Roy and Wilbur, of Britton, S. D.; Grace, of St. James, Minnesota.

Mrs. Heslop was a member of the M. E. church and was a good mother and loving wife. The children were all at the funeral except Fred, of Seattle.

The family wish to express their thanks to neighbors and friends for kind words of sympathy and assistance.
