Wanda M. Bernacki, 52, of 56 Oklahoma avenue SW, wife of Edward J. Bernacki, died Thursday following a long illness. A 40-year Cedar Rapids resident, she was born April 21, 1918, at Eagle Grove and was married to Mr. Bernacki Jan. 25, 1944, in Los Angeles. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Deborah J. Geske, Beth A. Bernacki, and Jessica M. Bernacki, all of Cedar Rapids; two sons, Daniel R. and David B. Bernacki, both of Cedar Rapids; her mother, Arva Farmer of Cedar Rapids; three sisters, Doris Mary Hite and Mrs. Harold Wilson, both of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Milton Herren of Whittier; two brothers, Richard Farmer of Huntington Beach, Calif., and William M. Farmer of Marion, and one grandchild.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday in Turner chapel west by the Rev. Charles R. Mahaffey. Burial: Cedar Memorial. Friends may call until 10 a.m. Monday at Turner chapel west. The casket will not; be opened after the service.
