I'm sure the issue is one of maintenance/mowing. When I was at Shaul last July, they were VERY helpful at the office and, when asked, suggested 'shepard's crooks' as hangers for the flowers I was planning on placing at several graves, as they are easier to mow around. I had to run all over the county to find BOTH the hooks and the flowers, so I hope they're still there -- they cost me half a day of potential research time!!
