George Spears b. abt 1899

I am trying to find out info about George Spears b. abt 1899 in Keb or Lucas, Wapello co. His parents were James & Elizabeth Spears. His brother James was my grandfather. He said he was a WWI vet & was gassed. His Wife's name was Valita (last name unk) & she was a school teacher.
